Every person we interacted with was extremely friendly. Josh, our salesman was knowledgeable about the cars and was a great salesman without being over bearing. We were able to joke around and have actual conversation without being sold the whole time. Besides the car being great, one of the top reasons we decided to go back was because Josh was great. I just leased a car at John Kennedy Mazda and I had a great experience. Since my first visit to the dealer I felt a great atmosphere. Dave and Cheryl were super helpful. They actually listened to what I wanted and put me to test drive the car model that I would be leasing instead of the highest end model like most other dealers. They were transparent since the beginning and they guided me through my options without pushing me at any time. I highly recommend this dealer and I'll definitely come back for another deal on the end of my lease. Thanks!

I'm updating this review to 3 stars because the dealership is giving us some issues a few weeks later - they were supposed to pay my husbands car off when they purchased it as our trade in. It's been over 2 weeks and the bank has not yet received their money. Our next payment is coming up and my husband has contacted the dealership many times to find out what happened. It's been 2 days and we haven't figured out what happened yet. If this effects our credit, this review is going to be updated again to 1 star. 

We had a great experience at John Kennedy Mazda. Didn't have the car we wanted on the lot, but located one and got it here the same day while we completed paperwork! Having a 4 month old baby with is, the sales and finance team made sure to help us get through the long process of buying a car as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are so excited about our new car and would definitely recommend John Kennedy Mazda!

I just had the best car buying experience with  DJ and the sales manager Cheryl last week! I was told by so many people in the area that if you're looking for a car to stop by John Kennedy. In my opinion it is a great place to buy a new or used car, everyone there treats you like family and you really feel confident in the car you are purchasing as they walk you through the car buying experience and answer any questions you may have. You feel the service difference as soon as you walk in, from seeing your name on the appointment board to the friendly sales associates that greet you. Stop by here when shopping for a car...you won't regret it!

Great experience!  We wanted a specific color and Josh went out of his way to locate it at their other location and bring it in, all in the same day!  Would absolutely recommend Kennedy to our friends and Josh Vey was awesome.  Will definitely return!
