My salesman, Scott Hallman, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing a new car. Every time I have a question he makes it his priority to find an answer which is excellent. The car buying process was fast and only lasted about an hour which I was happy with. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken!

The worst service ever. Total bait n switch. Receptionist was very unprofessional, even for a pole dancer. Salesman was clueless and a total waste of time... Fumbling through papers looking for what I had on my phone right in front of him. My appointment was confirmed as well as the car in stock within an hour if my arrival, yet when I arrived, they couldn't even remember the vehicle (presumably because it never existed). They had some guy slobbering all over some carryout food at the receptionist counter... He announced and even bragged about not working there (& that his daughter was a doctor- maybe she can help him chew with his mouth closed) and the receptionist engaged him and egged him on instead of addressing me. When she did, she offered I help myself to coffee- I would eat or drink anything within a 100 years of that breeding ground for bacteria of a coffee station. The place, the personnel, and the service experience were a total shambles. Don't even bother to call them.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Troy and Dealer Joe. We weren't set on what we had initially gone there to test drive. After crunching a few numbers with Joe that were reasonable on a car that came close to what we were looking for, I couldn't quite say yes without visiting Mazda first. My Mazda 3 and I had a special bond the past 4 years, so I gave them the opportunity to maintain my business had I liked what they could do for my wife and I and now baby. Long story short, I will never go back to a Mazda dealership ever again. We went back to Toyota after promising them we'd be back had we not been impressed Mazda. Still with Toyota not having the model we were looking for available, we just couldn't quite commit to the model they had to offer. With grad school 2 years from completion and now a baby, we wanted a reliable and safe SUV for the next few years. Joe then presented us with another SUV, unbeknownst to him, that we were initially wanting but found out of our price range. He couldn't have presented us with a better vehicle, equipped with everything we were looking for, on top of still making the payment meet our expectations as much as possible. All in all Troy & Joe were absolutely great to work with. My wife and I could not have walked out of a dealership any happier or more confident in our purchase at Toyota. Thank you guys! I will definitely be returning when grad school concludes for a second vehicle. Have my truck ready guys haha. Take care!

The Sales Team is Great, but the Service Team "one-ups " them. I have purchased 2 new vehicles at Conicelli-a 2003 Honda Accord and a 2012 Toyota Camry. Both cars purchased with extended warranties. Although I have I have a 2-star Toyota dealership just 2 miles from my house, I drive 2.5 hours round trip for Service & Sales. They are honest, knowledgeable and the best Master Mechanics you will ever find. Also, the "customer waiting area" is fantastic. I'd give Conicelli 6 stars if Google would let me.
