It was the busiest I've ever seen it there.  Some people actually left since the line was so long. My Americano was fine, but I could have gone to a different Caribou and probably received it faster. For as chaotic as it was, the employees remained friendly, but could have kept orders straight better.

Great location good drinks and snacks. Love the hot apple blast not so hot. The sparkling black peach tea with a shot of raspberry is delicious. The cheese, nut, egg, cracker and chocolate snack containers are very good Healthy options. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Love the large table when having a meeting and the chairs by the fireplace are cozy.

Needed more help at the front inside pick up there was one person making all the coffees and she was moving pretty fast though but she needed some help. Otherwise the coffee she made was very well made it took a little while to get my bagel but it was also very good

Repeated orders that are incorrect and I even had hot coffee spilled on me in the drive thru with no apology. I know the turnover is high in places like these but I’ve given repeated chances with disappointing results.

Horrible service, my drink was incorrect. Will not ever go back. There were 4+ people working. Hard lemon bread I'm very disappointed in my experience at this location.
