My drinks are made wrong more than they are made right. Yet i  keep going back...thinking it will be better.. but they still do the same thing. Very disappointing. I feel they don't truely listen.... I even point to a picture and they still can't get it right.

Caribou is as good as any upscale coffee shop. I enjoyed hanging out and talking with acquaintances as we ran across each other in the St. Paul skyway. It's in a great location for that.

I have been to this location at least 100 times as it is close to my work, and the coffee is always of acceptable quality, but I have to give them a 3/5 because at lease half the time they screw up something simple about my order; like no cream or sugar when I ask for it, or a cold drink when asked for a hot version... never a big deal but never-the-less disappointing and frustrating.

It's ok, good for specialty drinks  but just ok if your a plain coffee drinker. At peak times the lines are rediculous. They did start a quick lane for those that just want a coffee not a moch-choca-latte creation. That helps.

Convenient, since it is in the skyway and on my frequent route home in Lowertown. Convenient for offices in the immediate area.
