Having stayed here many times I can say this is the best side experience in Carlsbad. The staff is always extremely welcoming and accommodating. The lobby provides computers, water and snacks. Outside there is often live music that you can watch fireside. The pool is also very nice. An extremely convenient location in Carlsbad with its own beach access.

We have been coming to this resort for as long as I can remember, the staff is incredible and they make it a point to always have kid friendly games and events everyday! They are across from the beach and you also have access to beach rentals for your stay (complimentary!) which makes it easy not having to carry chairs and umbrella and sand toys too far. If there was more stars I would add more, can't recommend enough!

I have been a timeshare owner at the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort since 1986. I have come to the same unit each year and always look forward to it. It is always new, clean and modern both inside and on the grounds, although the style is of old-world European charm. The area is a top rate California beach town quaint and the ocean is Southern California perfect.

Yesterday afternoon on arrival, I parked easily, checked in seamlessly, swam in the ocean, enjoyed a wine tasting, slurped calamari and mussels at one of many nearby restaurants, and walked through Carlsbad Village at sunset all within a block of this delightful resort. Service impeccable. Will return.

My dad has a timeshare at the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort. Met him and my step-mom for pizza out on the lawn. They have very nice clean picnic tables with umbrellas and there is a nice walk way down to the beach. It was a very nice time and it is very clean
