Very nice owners. And super quiet area and you'd think it would be loud but def not.  and really nice housekeepers too.  I've been here almost a month already... I'm able to walk to 7-Eleven or to grab a bite to eat either which way I go. Thanks Scandia

I bought a room for about a week because I had a friend visiting from out of state. When I was looking at the room I was getting, I was confident that my stay would be good, the room was nice and cozy. As soon as I gave the lady at the desk my id, she saw that I was 19 and said “no partying or we will call the cops.” This was not a very inviting first impression. When I got checked in they brought us to a different room than what we asked for, with a smaller tv. We walked into the room and literally the first thing we saw was a cockroach run across the room. We also noticed a weird, musty smell. We went to bed and the beds were okay, kind of comfy. When I woke up for work the next morning, I went to take a shower and almost slipped because there was a nasty, goo-like substance on the shower floor that I had to clean up with a towel. Also the shower went hot then cold over and over. It has a great location, and a great price, but I would recommend spending 15-20 extra dollars a night for a different motel with way better rooms and service. Plus my girlfriend hasn’t gotten her $100 deposit back yet and it’s been over a week and the lady and man there are absolutely impossible to talk to. I will be taking action on this. Don’t stay here

The location is fantastic! Tons of shopping, dining, and right by the beach are the only reasons I give this place even two stars.
At check in for a one night stay, the manager told me what a weekly rate would cost. Deciding that the location and price were doable, I extended the stay until our apartment was ready. 
After 21 days, the manager said that I needed to pay a $20/day pet fee for not declaring a pet which I declared upon check in!!!
He then said that people with pets can not stay weekly here. He NEVER mentioned that while I was inquiring about the weekly rate, so why should we have to pay because of his error?! 
They allow people to party and tail gate all night during the WEEKDAYS. The walls are extremely thin and the vending machines don’t work so don’t even bother. 
Management (both the man and what I could only assume was his wife) are extremely fake and once they have you there they con you into having to pay more than what they themselves told you. The rooms are decent, but it’s very loud being next to the Naval Academy and a TRAIN.

Okay area, not to far from beach but noisy. Room had pros and cons. The layout and finishes were nice. The bedding and bed size we're not so nice. No utensils or cooking tools in the kitchen.

Nice place to stay. But the rooms are way too small. Not enough place to keep your bag & shoes. We stayed in room no. 19 that's newly built, so the amenities inside are all new with laminated flooring. Smells fresh. You can hear the trains in the night. For some it might be disturbing. But the plus point is its walkable distance from the beach and in a very quiet & safe neighborhood.
