Clean rooms and a good hotel. Great for construction workers and travelers. I have stayed at several Extended Stays this year and this one seems that a lot of trash in the lot and back of the hotel. Cans are overflowing. I do love that the coffee is always ready before 6 when we have to leave do a job site.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Vanessa, I believe she is the night auditor, refused to give us towels until we brought back our used towels. We have been to several extended stays and have never been asked to bring back our old towels to get new ones We noticed that she may have been napping in the office and had a Jack in the box churro and Dr. Pepper next to her. It took several minutes of waiting before she would help us and there was another customer waiting as well. It is quite astounding that we had such terrible service while we vacationed in Carlsbad. I do not recommend this location.

Only gave this more than 1 star because the staff was so nice. Rooms were very dirty and outdated. Need new carpet and much more attention from cleaning staff. Is in a good location and the price would be ok if it were cleaner. The "Free" breakfast is coffee and muffins. Did not come anywhere close to my expectations. I was easily able to cancel, though.

Some how I cannot give zero stars for this hotel. We checked in at night 930pm and had prior booking for two queen bed room. The rooms were not ready and had not been vleaned. Waited for a while as ND the front desk checkin guy said it's ready but beds has not been made. The blankets were in plastic bags. We were tired after long drive. We had to make the beds ourselves. Bathrooms were not up to the mark. The bed sheets didn't seem to be clean. Also in the night there is loud noise from the freeway next to the hotel. Hard to sleep with such noise. Do not recommended this hotel.

Was there last summer with my family there was a condom on the floor a women's lipstick and the bed was not clean , good thing I took disinfectant wipes there is no free coffee this instant little coffee packets and granola bars in one fruit , im planing to go back with frends only because it's in a good location and has a kitchen but I will clean like no tomorrow
