First let me say I love the car I purchased and through the actual buying of the car the sales reps were very helpful. After we got the car home, we remembered that the car was supposed to have remote start and the remote they had given us didn't allow for that. I called MULTIPLE people, MULTIPLE times and still have not gotten a call back. My husband ended up calling the service department and explaining to them and they helped us out no problem, but after the sales team gets you to sign on the line don't expect to get any guidance or help from them. Pretty disappointed in that aspect.

We had a very pleasant and easy car selling experience at this CarMax location. One of my friend was moving out of the country and we were able to sell their car with very less effort. We scheduled an appointment online for appraisal, went to the location and got the inspection done and appraisal certificate is less than half and hour. Appraisal certificate was valid for a week but we went there next day itself and started the sale process. Since my friend was having a car loan it took some time but still it was a pleasant and no stressful experience. I'd recommend this place to people who are looking for a quick sale and have relatively newer car in a good condition. You may not get a good appraisal price if you have an older car that need some repairs or not in a good condition so better try to sell it at different place.

The most positive , caring, and encouraging dealership I have been to in a long time. Chelisie my sales person was very patient and understanding and waited patiently ,working with me in helping me make the best decision on my purchase.I appreciated that most of all because I am a truck driver and I had just gotten off work and had my tooth pulled and had yet to get home or sleep and yet she was very sympathetic and understanding in helping me along the way with my purchase.She had all the paperwork ready for me and the vehicles lined up for me to view when I got there.That was for me a very positive impact in the concern for others people's needs.My personal thanks to all of you.I recommend everyone to visit this valuable place.You wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have nothing but good things to say about our recent CARMAX transaction!  We had a wonderful salesman and the staff is so nice.  We were able to arrive, have our car appraised, select new vehicle they were holding for us from the ONLINE REQUEST link, and off we drove in 3 hrs!  Highly recommend!!  Ask for Sarge Cox :)

Absolutely the best customer service at a car dealership of all times. I have bought 4 cars from carmax and will not attempt to go anywhere else. From the time you walk in, to the time you drive off  with or without a new car you are treated as a family member.
