We had the worse experience with this auto dealer.  First, my son was going to buy the car on his own.  They inflated the price $800 saying it was a bank fee because he is a first time buyer.  That was a lie.  He is not a first time buyer and the bank was not charging the fee.  I had to step in and call their bluff.  Their response was, well we are going to lose money on this car.  We were buying it at the advertised price!  Not a penny less.  They said my son had to bring $800 for the down payment, and it had to be cash.  Their ATM was not working.  They did the financial paperwork, showing my son was doing a trade in. That was also a lie.  Then they told us to be sure and agree to that lie when the bank called us. Then, after the deal was all done, it took them OVER 4 MONTHS and many, many, many phone calls, before they got our license plates to us.  It was the worse bunch of people we have ever done business with.

Bought a MB Metris Conversion here on 8/30/17.  It was delivered to my home in NC on 9/14/17.  The car was missing 2 packages worth about $5000 that it was advertised with and I confirmed with the dealer, Dirk, that it had the equipment.  It also has some damage to the rear end from an undisclosed major accident.  It was also advertised as having a 5 year/100,000 mile Mercedes warranty, it did not.  It only had the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty.

They agreed to take the car back and unwind the deal but the next day, the owner of the dealership basically told me “too bad so sad” and that it was mine.

104 days later, they have my trade in and have not paid it off, the van has not been registered with the DMV, and they have ignored all communication attempts from me, my attorney, and my credit union (yet had no problem cashing that check).

Everything was a lie, worst experience I have ever had buying a car.  If a 0 star review was possible, I would give it.

We actually filed a lawsuit last week against them to rectify this whole situation.

By far the best car buying experience ive ever had. No pressure what so ever and very professional. Ask for Scott when ya go up there he will treat you right

I highly recommend this place. Ask for Johnny (Jonathan Menendez). He made my car buying experience so smooth and easy, despite my not so perfect credit. I walked into the shop with a particular car in mind, but Johnny helped me walk out with even a better car, and the best thing is my car note is very affordable. Thanks Johnny, everyone is asking me where I got my beautiful car! I'm your customer for life., kudos.

I've been to a lot of dealers before where the sales people try to rip me off. But this place was different. Jessica took great care of me, purchased a car from her. She genuinely cared about my well being and helped me get the car I was looking for! If this job wasn't based off commission I would definitely say she needs a raise! Very happy and satisfied customer :)!!
