Had the right part at the best price.  O'R****'s said they had it, but when I got there, they didn't.  AutoZ*** said they had it after I stood in line for 10 minutes...at their hub.  A little further away, but going to NAPA first from now on!

Staff is knows parts very well. If they don't have a part you need, they will get it from one of many sources. Quality of parts is top notch.

Nice parts store. Attached to DC, so they pretty much have anything you would ever need.

The best napa in all dfw, they got all the parts since they have the distribution center next door and can request a transfer at anytime. They should stay open longer, but its just their tradition to close early. The staff is decent they help but not everyone has the knowledge of NAPA know how, you expect everywhere.

Quick friendly service. Stores just got reworked to be more retail friendly. A lot of choices.
