The worst place to buy a car by far. I ordered a car to be shipped and when it got here the car was not washed, it had two dents and rear tires where bad. I asked the manager to change the rear tires and I will buy the car, but he was very rude and did want to offer any solutions that would make this purchase go smooth as it should be when u buy a $27,000 car. After a day I called them again and offered to change my own tires if they lower the price by $500, they rudely said NO. I was very disappointed but I still wanted to buy the car so then I told them I will still buy the car but in order to make me feel like a got a deal I asked them to give me my $199 fee that I paid to have it shipped. They again said no in a very rude way. The only reason I wanted to buy the car from them was that it was the only one in the state with low mileage. Anyways after all this headache I was still the bigger person so I went and bought the car at full price with bad tires and they didn't refund me the $199 shipping fee. I asked them to wash the car so it ready when I go to pick it up and they said we can only wash it when we are half way done with the paper work, I couldn't believe that but I still agreed to buy the car. After we sign all the paper work and go get the car in the back and it was the worst car wash I have ever seen. My wife and I were so mad so we told them to wash it again and even the sales person agreed that it was the worst wash she ever saw. Anyways we got the car and on our way home the abs light lid up, by the time I drove it back to the dealership 3 other massages came up. Took the car back within 5 minutes and told them what was going on. When I got back the manager said I know you have had a bad experience and I was gone give you your $199 shipping fee back. I told him I bought the car and left and you didn't do anything for me but just tell me if you can fix the car. He looked and it and said we need to have it in the shop tomorrow so the mechanics can see it. He offered to give me a loaner car but by this time I was feed up with this dealership. I told them to give me my down deposit and take the car back. They agreed to take the car back and its been three days they never called me back to apologize or say anything. I have never left a bad review for anyone in my life, but this dealership was the worst buying experience in my life. Please please please stay far away from them because they will make your buying experience a night mare!!!!!!!

Crazy good! They were the ONLY place in town that had the vehicle we were looking for. Price was comparable to most any listing for that specific vehicle, BUT what made the difference in the purchase was the customer service with Janeae and the outstanding follow up via the service department from David. Everyone was truly helpful through the entire process. Vehicle had a few very slight issues that they were quick to repair within their 30 day coverage and made sure we weren't out transportation while they were fixing it. Overall, best car buying experience in a long time (and I absolutely hate buying cars).

For the first time in my life I did some car shopping online, got pre-approved, went down there to check out the car that I had them hold for me. Kayla was my sales rep she was totally awesome I would recommend her to anybody. we took it for a drive I fell in love with it and have had no issues with it other than the gas door cover which they are in the process of fixing now. I've had my car for a month and it was a great easy experience with them everyone is very friendly and very nice and if you're looking for a great car sales rep ask for Kayla!!!

Neat as a pin , and very economical for Extended Stays. Basic Motel, it has all the amenities such as kitchenette. If you're here seven days, you get one change of Linens. Flat screen, has one channel of HBO. Office Personnel cheerfully sent a fax for me.

A big shout out to Service Consultant Dave Elder and Operations Manager Branden at CarMax Clearwater for excellent customer service. They have listened my concern and Dave went out of his way to get my issue fixed just in time. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I’ve had here. I’ll be returning when I am ready to purchase my next car.
