I had a bad experience at Lokey Motor about three years ago and I really had no intention of ever going back there.  And when my husband found the car of my dreams I had no idea we were going back to this dealership until we walked through the doors.  But I am glad we gave Lokey a second chance.  Not only is everyone there professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful, they did not push us to buy from them.  And even gave us some advice on buying a Mercedes elsewhere if we decided to do so.  I think the biggest factor in deciding to purchase from Lokey was the attention to detail in selecting the cars that they offer for sale, and the painstaking process they go through to make sure every customer is happy and CONFIDENT with their purchase.  I don't buy anything without researching everything I can and I can honestly say with all of the processes that this dealer goes through before putting a car on their lot it made my job with this purchase effortless.  Not only do they provide the Carfax info and all of the service and previous owner info they can, they also use another inspection company that goes over the vehicle looking for any hidden damage that people can so easily "hide" from official records.  I will definitely be referring friends and family to this dealership.  And I'm pretty sure this won't be my last purchase from them!

Many thanks to the team at Lokey for helping me get the car of my dreams at a great price! Charlie Mohr, Mark Brown and Mike Meier were all extremely friendly and helpful, and I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. Before I drove off the lot, their concierge Tanya gave me a hands-on introduction to all the features and followed up with a same-day email when I had a question that needed additional research. This was a seamless experience and I highly recommend the team!
