My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a Certified Pre Owned Nissan Rogue. The salesman, Vince was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and walked us through all the features of the vehicle. After we decided to buy, negotiations went well and he and the sales manager worked with us to get the car in our target price range. Usually the process takes a while to finalize a car but Vince expedited it for us and we were out of there in a few hours, which was great since we had our 1 year old with us. After the deal we found out the car was missing rear floor mats so he hooked us up with those with no problem. After we got the vehicle home we realized the rear bumper was loose a bit. I mentioned that right away to Vince and he had me bring the car back in and had the service manager approve fixing it with no questions asked. That’s real service if you ask me. Most dealerships would shrug their shoulders to any issues after you drive it off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back if looking for another car in the future.

I went to Fuccillo Nissan after having a poor experience at two other dealers in the area. The prices at Fuccillo were well below market average so I was skeptical at first but relieved to see it wasn't a gimmick and they were simply pricing the cars aggressively to sell. The service was excellent from the management team to our salesman Vince. Vince spent the better part of the day going over options with different cars, financing and actually making sure we were comfortable with the purchase and van, not just trying to press the sale. It was truly a great experience doing business with this dealer and Vince; I would refer anyone in the market for a new or used car to stop by and ask for Vince by name.

I purchased a certified preowned 2016 Nissan rogue, love my car, worked with Vince and Bill, both were great, very nice to me and my 13 year old son and patient as I was not willing to settle for anything less than the perfect vehicle for us. They had it, now I own it. Still has factory warranty and CPO warranty! Key FOB gave me an issue twice after purchase, went back the second time it gave me a problem, service department was awesome, they replaced the battery, made sure it was working properly, in and out in less than 15 minutes, not a penny from my pocket. Awesome sales and service! Thanks to all of you! ❤

I came to Fuccillo Nissan to buy a BMW car and it was a great buy for me. Phil was my sales consultant and he helped me a lot from test driving to completing my paper work. I was able to drive my new car from a lot at the same day. The price that i bought my vehicle for was unbeatable! in general it was good experience.

I came to Fuccillo Nissan with my mom today to either buy out her current lease or lease a new vehicle - whichever was the best deal for her since she drives very few miles and lives on a fixed income. Vince Smith immediately greeted us with a handshake and a smile, which was a precursor for the pleasant experience we would encounter throughout the rest of our visit. Vince spent a lot of time running numbers for us on both the lease turn-in and a new lease so we felt like we were really making an educated decision. With Jay's help, we got numbers exactly where they needed to be. Everyone we encountered was incredibly respectful and more than once we heard, "I'm going to treat you the way I'd want someone to treat my own mom." This was absolutely the best experience I've had at a car dealership and would definitely recommend anyone in the market stop by to see what Fuccillo has to offer.
