I bought my first vehicle when I was 19 years old, since then I have gone through the car buying process 7 times, purchasing 7 different vehicles in the past 13 years. I have never had such a disappointing experience before. I had recommended this Carmax location to many friends and family in the past who ended up purchasing vehicles, but unfortunately that will no longer be the case. I was there at the Carmax location on 3 different days, spending a total of at least 10-11 hours. I should have walked out on the first day, since I quickly notice the salesperson was over tasked and overwhelmed with helping other associates leaving me alone in multiple occasions where I had to chase the person down. I was even left on the parking lot as I waited for the person to show me the car I originally wanted. Since it was an emergency and I needed a vehicle, I'm now stuck with a vehicle that I never wanted in the first place with high mileage because of expectations that were set incorrectly. I do want to point out that the manager and salesperson did give me a $300.00 credit and 2 oil change coupons for all the inconvenience, they tried to correct the situation but ultimately I'm now with a vehicle that quite honestly has taken a beating and I'm concerned of its lifetime. I do not want to sound ungrateful as they tried to appease me but this experience and the fallout of the purchase could have been easily prevented and is quite unacceptable. I'm very disappointed, and definitely would never do business or recommend it again.

This is the worst CarMax I've been by far. I had so many bad issues with a simple service that would take too much time to explain. I paid and picked up my car almost a week ago and I still get phone calls from random people to let me know that they ordered a part for my car.

Excellent experience! In and out in about an hour. I told my sales representative Ethel Soares what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay, she punched in my information and a test drive later I was off with my new car. Definitely Ethel Soares is a Best Representative for CarMax. I think that she will be the perfect General Sales Manager.

This is the only place that I trust to buy a used car. CARL BRINKLEY is an experienced, knowledgeable, and professional salesman. Don't waste your time anywhere else! Thanks Carl!

Great experience! In and out in about an hour. I told my sales guy what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay, he punched in my information and a test drive later I was off with my new car. Definitely recommmend!
