After having a very fair and pleasant negotiation via text, while working, Cyndi and l came to a price that was more than fair. Based off her honesty on the condition of the car. I made the decision to take the 2 hour drive south right after work. Basically buying the car sight unseen. But, based on her opinion, the car was as she said. Excellent, was the correct word to describe the car. Thank you for that Cyndi. Overall my wife and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ocean Mazda. Michel was the salesman we dealt with once we arrived. Again, like Cyndi, he was very professional and easy to talk to. He made the onsite buying process easy and pain free. My wife sat and anxiously waited for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. It never did. Made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you again. Bob Wilson.

Maybe the many positive reviews are based on their good service in the past. My 2017 experience with Ocean Mazda has been bad. In terms of service they do not adhere to the promised completion time (happened twice), a simple issue with the car has not been properly fixed even after leaving the car with them for two days and losing a lot of time on in and out logistics. Finally, they refused to take in the car for end of lease because “the parking lot was full” once I told them I would not be buying another one with them. Suggest to find another dealer (or brand).

Ever since I bought my new 2015 Mazda 3 out-of-state (yes, I wanted that specific vehicle), I’ve come to the experts at Ocean Mazda. They work quickly, are extremely knowledgeable, and have never pushed me to buy anything even when they’ve made recommendations. Service your vehicle(s) here!

Mr Angel Pelaez was very professional & polite. I have been his client for years since I’ve owned Mazda’s. When you visit the service department always ask for him. He is the most honest and helpful person. Thank you Angel for all your help.

I've been to a lot of dealers this month, and I can honestly say, the best service hands down was Ocean Mazda Doral. Transparent, sincere and good energy! Completely changed my view of car dealers. Everything was smooth from beginning to end, from the moment I entered the door, Sandra greeted me with a big smile. Alan was my sales person, he was so friendly, straightforward and willing to help and accommodate my needs in every way. Then, Miguel, my sales manager, (which I then found out he was a Dominican too, lol), was also so awesome, honest and helpful! Tony, Finance Manager, made me feel so comfortable, it was all so clear and easy. I left feeling much better than coming in, (you can't say that from other car dealers). Left with a beautiful car and an AMAZING service experience! Will definitely recommend them!
