Before you waste your money in this company please take the time to read my comment! This place is all a fraud! The financial people don't know how to do their jobs! Don't make the same mistake my family did. My mom had a lease on a 2014 car and this year on Mother's Day ( May 14, 2017)to be exact she turn in her car without a scratch. She was early on turning in her car they gave her a paper saying she owed $0 dollars. After 5 months, in the month of October or maybe in the ending of September my mother receive a letter saying she owes money because she didn't turn it in the car on time. The letter stated that they did the inspection on the car on August, months after she turned it in. The financial people don't know what to do they never give any answers. Very unprofessional! We've called so many times to a number they gave us but still our problem have not been result. TAKE YOUR MONY SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH REAL PROFESSIONALS!

My salesman Carlos Limos is the main reason for this great review as he was a real honest and stand up guy. I leased two cars here and left quite happy both times with a good deal and a positive experience. Even when I decided to go with another brand after my second car (they cut production of the Genesis Coupe) - Carlos helped me find the best way to turn in my car and not pay any fees. Thanks Carlos and Doral Hyundai!

For starters no matter the time or day of the week this service department always has a waiting backlog of 4 hours. I walk in on Saturday of last week (my first time there) there are two service advisors and one is taking care of a customer. While the other one is just staring at his computer screen for about 15 minutes . When he finally looks up and sees the long line of customers. He leaves the rooms towards the back where I assume is where the cars get worked on. Long story short it turns out that everyone there takes their lunch break at the same time. That’s no way to run a business. After asking for a manager. One of the reps to my information . But if not I would have probably still be standing there today. Poor attention to customers. I counted 6 guys walking around in blue collar shirts. But no one could help out with the long line of customer waiting to drop off their cars. I’m Definitely taking my business somewhere else.

Coming to this dealer is a headache every time. Not only do half of my concerns get brushed off, but I never receive any paperwork in regards to IF any services were even done. I feel like these people only see you as a VIN and don't care to hear what the issues are with your vehicle but rather want you out of there as fast as possible. I will say that Robert from parts is very informative and is very solution oriented.

While I have not interacted with the sales department for a while I do have some concerns regarding the service side. I have been vouching for this place for the last 3 years but I have honestly ran out of nice things to say. From prices that make you rise an eyebrow ($450 to replace all 4 pads) to appointment times not being respected (no matter if there are cars being serviced or not, they'll park yours and take it in whenever they feel like it), along with being understaffed. And you can clearly tell this is not a workshop issue as you rarely see the mechanics outside the shop but rather they have 6 counters with a max of 2-3 people up front. They will sometimes lose your key and toss the ball around until it "magically appears", and don't even think about having them bring your car back, they'll make you wait over 30 mins until they send someone over. It's a real shame this place has declined so much over the years. The 20 miles trip is simply not worth it anymore.
