I usually never give 5 stars or rate a lot but I must say that in over 10 years these guys very rarely disappointed ( it's South Florida). Highly organized (ALMOST German). Good, clean and fair service (although they tend to loose tire valve caps and wheel caps). Reliable and fast. Over all 1st class service. My service advisor Francisco deserves 5 stars. He told me EXACTLY when my car will be ready. Listened to and addressed all my concerns and kept me up to date during the wait time. He checked me out with the cashier and explained all that was done and sent me home with a Esserman familiar handshake. Thank you guys (including the ones who got their hands dirty)! 😃 Thank you very much Francisco!

Genuinely offended by the way my wife and I were treated by sales staff during our recent visit to this dealership. Zack in sales department assured us he would "meet or beat" any written offer by another VW dealership. I told him over the phone what Gunther of Delray offered via email but we would like to buy the car from Esserman in a different color if possible. Zack assured us again of his "meet or beat" pricing policy and instructed us to drive over an hour to sit down with him. Zack quickly changed his policy upon review of the final pricing of the 2017 Passat SE with lighting package and assured us that Gunther of Delray forgot to include a number of hidden fees. My wife and I felt disrespected and foolish for falling for this classic bait and switch. We promptly left and drove straight to Gunther VW in Delray Beach and purchased the 2017 Passat SE with lighting for the price they quoted in their email.

My service writer, Francisco Miranda, takes the time to make me feel appreciated.  The ability to have a loaner available means no extra out-of-pocket costs for transportation plus I have immediate access to "wheels."   I do not live close to the dealership. but find it is worth the trip to deal with a professional staff.

There is outstanding service in this agency, particularly from Bismarck! Eggs this car dealer can't accomplish in their sales team, they excel in service
