I had an excellent experience purchasing the SUV with the sales contact RAFAEL MENDOZA. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Rafael M. provided all information we requested and if he didn't know he found someone that could help us.  We felt comfortable throughout the purchase process as we didn't felt pressured by him (we liked that very much). We returned back  the next day because he offered a great deal.   It is our opinion that both Rafael M. and the Doral Lincoln team provided excellent service!

My sales Representative was Adrian and even after doing all the paperwork and them my wife decided she didn't like the color, he did not get discouraged, even though I was upset at my wife to wait until we were almost complete. He just went on line and found the color she wanted and had it delivered. Great Service! We have owned 2 Lincolns for over 4 years now and I have always been given great service. I usually deal with Carlos as my service advisor and he has never steered me wrong! He is always available at the time of my appointment and even available for a phone consult. The driving staff are very professional and courteous. On another point there always seems to be a loaner available unlike my last car dealership. Even the personnel you have at the cashiers office make it enjoyable to sign away your money to pay the bill.

Onyx the Service Manager greeted me when I arrived.  He then made arrangements for a loaner vehicle and introduced me to Antonio a Service Advisor. 
  
Antonio Marinelli was friendly, professional and very dependable. The roof shade in my car was repaired correctly and within twenty four (24) hours. 

In my opinion Doral Lincoln Service Department would make Edsel Ford very proud. They take pride in their work and are very committed to the product they represent.

This is the best most friendly dealership I have ever been to. They made the process of getting a new car effortless and as easy as putting on a shirt. The salesman that helped me was eddie Montoya and was beyond great. He made it simple and made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in. I was referred to Doral Lincoln by a good friend. From start to finish, the dealership employees were very friendly. It was a smooth and easy process. I definitely recommend to at least walk in and talk to someone if you are considering buying or leasing a car. You will not be disappointed.
