I have never experience this bad of a car dealership before in my life. If I could rate them negative stars I would. I contacted a sales person about a vehicle I was interested in. I was told the vehicle was there and they would keep an eye on it for me until I come, I live about an hour and 30 minutes from this dealer. When I arrived I spent another 2 hours with the sales man looking for the car around the lot and around the warehouse. No one seemed to know where the vehicle was. Then we were informed that the owners wife has the vehicle currently while she's down here from Canada. They told me they would get in contact with me as soon as they contact her to bring the car back. No one reacted out to me since and I tried to speak to a manager about 30 times they started ignoring my phone calls and text. It's been about two to three weeks and I still have not heard a word about this car. My sales man even has my contact information and has stopped answering me. Their customer service is so awful, Manager Frank himself while trying to explain my situation shut me up and said "ill get back to you" and huge up immediately still no word from frank till this day. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

*******Update*******

After a few weeks back and forth with Ashley from customer service and Chris from finance things started to move in a positive motion; after agreed on a mid way solution.  I cannot say that I am 100% satisfied but..  I do can say that I would give them a second chance in the future.  Thumbs up for Ashley and Chris!!!!

Stay Away!!!!!!! from this place.  Only buy your car here if you buying cash, by no means let them finance you... even worst do even give them a post dated check, and it was post dated as fund available were directed to be used for supplies food and preparedness for hurricane Irma striking our homes, THEY DID NOT CARE AND DEPOSITED THE CHECK ON SAME DAY OF HURRICANE. They left my account dry during the hurricane and we have a family of 5 with no money for gas or even milk for baby.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...  It happen to me and they did not even wanted to refund the overdraft charges from bank for their mistake, which cost me an additional 279.83 on bank overdraft fees.  when doing the finance they lost my documentation three times, three different people called asking for the same documents claiming they did not have them, when even I walked in and hand deliver them.  I have tried to contact them and all they do is hide from me.  I have open a case with the federal best business bureau for investigation.  DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK as they must be from employees, families or friends.  Stay away from buying your car here.

I cant help but wonder why this place has such good ratings. My husband sold our car to them and we had equity on it. They told me in a week we would get our check. I called in a week and the lady that answered transferred me to a line where it went straight to voicemail. Called back a total of 4 times and explained why I was calling and every single time I got transferred to the same line to NO ONE even though I told her no one was answering! I decided to show up the next day. The lady at the front told me she had no idea about how the check process worked and that the department handling the checks had no idea either. Mind you, THEY WORK THERE. After she told me she knew nothing she said she remembered hearing my name about a check being mailed. Mind you, this is the person who said she knew ZERO information about checks. So I left and waited a few days for the check to come in the mail. It never came, surprise! Called again and got tossed around about 6 times before I spoke to someone. She told me she was cutting the check as we were on the phone. So the check was never even mailed! These people are liars, inconsiderate for their customer and very disrespectful! I will not recommend anyone I know here. I'll save them a future stressful situation. One star is too much...

I had a pretty good experience both times I went. Ended up driving away with the car my family loved. Only thing I did not agree with was that they do no fill your tank with gas for purchase of the car. Besides that it was a great experience.
