Ran into Benny from the Service Department while coming in for regular maintenance. I haven't had a more pleasant experience in a while. 
Their Customer Lounge is stocked with a variety of coffee and tea, TV, and several local newspapers. Times flies while having fun, or waiting for your car. 

Thanks again Benny, you made sure I was on my way in no time.

On August 29 I gave maintenance to my car in this place. My car needed a replacement part. They were supposed to let me know when it arrives. After two weeks I call them, the piece was there. I scheduled my appointment, when I arrived to my appointment, they got me waiting one hour and a half. At the end they had ordered the wrong replacement. That was 2 weeks ago, Im still waiting their call. I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time, or worse, your money.

Came in from Missouri.. to Miami and started having Issues with my GMC Terrain..It would literally stop in the middle of traffic if I was going 20 miles or less.. [Scary Right]...I contacted a couple GMC dealerships in Miami near me but they told me they couldnt inspect my car until The following WEEK...[ Oh NOOO..NOT AN OPTION]..I came across Doral GMC and they got me right in for an inspection 9:30 that same morning. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful..They found out what was wrong with my Terrain in less than 30 minutes and had me out the door around 11:30.. Chris was my representative. He did an amazing job with taking care of me. Juan Dominguez was outstanding with assuring his customers were completely satisfied.
The services were great and the prices were reasonable..BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD SO FAR SINCE I'VE BEEN IN MIAMI..

Excellent customer service. Special Thanks to Frank Park, he was the one who walked the extra mile with other dealers, his manager and client, with outstanding respect and consideration. He help me 100%. Very professional. THANK YOU

Benny was very attentive and courteous.   He was prompt, very patient with me and explained the service my car needed and even offered a courtesy shuttle service that would drop me off at home and pick me up when the car was ready.   I was very impressed with this service.  The shuttle driver, Michael was also extremely professional.  The entire process went very smoothly and my car was ready for pickup before expected.   When I picked up the car, it looked brand new on the inside and outside... the courtesy car wash was very detailed.   I was very happy with the experience and will definitely return to see Benny at Doral Buick for my next service.
