My favourite restaurant so far. Incredible interior design, phenomenal presentation of dishes, delicious food and great service and staff. I have nothing else but praise for this place. I wish there was one in London. Never been when the acrobatics are on but I imagine it gets even better. Must visit!

Fantastic dining experience! Food was fantastic and presented well. Waiting staff was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the menu. Managing staff came to our table numerous times. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to come here to experience the cuisine as well as atmosphere.

The food was amazing! We had the lamb chops, Gnocchi and the Scallops. Great drinks. Our son in law is Vegan and enjoyed the rice cake dish and thought it was awesome! Desert was also wonderful. Try it for yourself.

Fantastic food, fun atmosphere, vibrantly colorful, and terrific service highlight some of Carnivale's finest qualities. This was a treat and the tastes were awesome. Our group had a wonderful time and the facility was not very crowded on a Tuesday not in the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is interested in food with a flair, but they also have some great dishes that would appeal to just about anyone. I look forward to going back again!

What a cool place!  Talk about atmosphere. Been here a fe Times for parties or work events, and the food is top notch.  Had a meat and cheese plate with family style breakfast- chicken and waffles and quiche. The place is decorated in vibrant colors with cool photos on the walls. Perfect date night spot or place to meet up for dinner with friends.  Eat to get to off the highway and only a 15 minute walk from Union Station.
