Truly a fantastic dining experience all around. So many small plates to give you an amazing variety of flavors. Inventive dishes with great presentation. Took their time with bringing the food to allow us to relax and enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Lilly was our bartender and she couldn't have been nicer and more helpful and informative about the restaurant's history and menu. Will absolutely go back on my next visit to Chicago.

Absolutely incredible experience! We were visiting from out of the country and heard good things, but honestly wasn't expecting it to be THIS good! The little chefs rail table is fun because their staff is so friendly - they were happy to give suggestions and answer questions for us. The food was all amazing. We tried a few things we would be weary to order at other restaurants but figured since were there we'd try them - like beef tongue and pig face - both were spectacular! 10/10 for food, ambiance, service and value!!

This is the most amazing dining experience! We have been here twice and each experience is unique and truly, completely satisfying on so many levels. From the best staff, who get to know you and make excellent recommendations, to the chefs and bartenders who are able to customize and make both amazing meals and drinks! Stephanie has done a great job of tweaking her menu and creating seasonal inspirations that are fresh with a perfect balance of sweet, savory, salty, acid, and creaminess. Each dish is unique but with that balance in mind. I would highly recommend Girl and The Goat!

Love the food and the experience. It is pricey, but worth it. I like to share food because I want to try different things, but can't finish everything on my own. So this place is perfect since you share everything. Everything is small plates so we ordered 5 or 6 plates. Also they are very helpful with my allergies.

The food was great but we wish we would have had better communication about when a table would be ready instead of deciding to eat at the lounge area. The greeter took our name said it would be over an hour wait and said the lounge and bar were first come/first serve. I asked if he needed to take our number and he was very quick to say "no, we got it" as if to push us aside. We didn't think he even took anything down and felt very unappreciated. We understand this restaurant is always busy, but maybe spending 30 seconds explaining the process to us instead of 10 would have gone a long way.
