Took family member there with severe dementia and Parkinson’s and we are impressed with the results. No problem with the staff. It works both ways, their job is extremely stressful with everyone demanding this and that, so try to be nice. Thank you.

I have always read the reviews and disagreed with them until it has happened to me. Dr. Bahadori has been nothing shy of a great doctor to me, I have loved being his patient the last 7 years but i agree with all the posts below his staff is terrible. His medical assistant has been nothing but rude to me, has ignored calls, ignored voicemails and last week hung up on me THREE TIMES. I cannot even get in contact with Dr. Bahadori to tell him what is going on as she screens everything. She also called in a prescription for me and referred me to another doctor without even speaking to me or telling me about it- this is where the problems started. Sadly, I will have to find a new doctor. I hope Dr. Bahadori see's this and makes some major changes.

Edit: I received a call after writing this  review to which they "respectfully disagree" with and continue to believe Dr. Bahadori truly has no idea what is going on. How are there so many awful comments on the staff yet all the comments on the doctors are pretty good for the most part?

The waiting room was extremely cold.  The front desk Lady said I was late although I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. She said they give her a hard time if the PaperWorks not filled out in time. I told her I would fill it out quickly. I finished filling my paperwork out at exactly 230 which was the time of my appointment. They called me back to the room at 3:15, a full  hour after I arrived and 45 minutes past my appointment time. While I waited I overheard conversations that there’s high turnover here and that the doctors are always late to see their patients. 

I saw Dr. Jarvey. His bedside manner was in a word awkward.  He was nice enough but definitely not  warm and friendly.  He did not explain what was happening until I asked him pointed questions. When I would ask him questions he made me feel as if he had already answered the questions and I should listen better.  He actually said “as I told you before......You should listen to what I say”. I’m not an idiot, but I sure did feel like one when I left. I wouldnt recommend going here at all.

Dr. Bahadori is amazing but his staff, specifically his assistant is terrible. Id suggest going elsewhere. As a first time patient i will not be coming back, terrible attitude and very inconsiderate.

As a long time patient of Dr. Bumgarter at Carolina Neurological Clinic my experience both with Dr. Bumgarter and each staff person has been beyond professional, caring and stellar.
