I'm not sure why there are any less than 5 star reviews but my experience today and in the past has been nothing but 5 stars. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and the doctors really care about finding the best treatment. I had difficulty writing (came in to get a blistering splinter looked at) and the woman helping me at the front desk was awesome and took my intake form verbally! Left the office happy and laughing... and I had to get a shot!!!

Called for appointment for DOT physical, told no appointments come ANYTIME. Logged into the app. Came in and started filling out paper work and was asked why I was there. Said DOT, she said "we only do DOTs on Monday. There was NOBODY there and they gave up $100 quick service. AND NO APOLOGY!! Health First will now be my new go to.

I went in with a stomach flu and just body aches. After explaining everything with a baby on my lap, I was told to give urine and blood and they were trying to send everything out for results. I explained further I thought they could simple test me for the flu. With no fever the nurse said I did not have the flu and they wanted to do further testing. They wanted to do X-rays. I said I would just like to go home and please do not send out or complete any of the blood work and testing. I knew I was not pregnant and just needed rest. I immediately regretted seeking help and answers. I paid $122.27 and then was charged a bill of $41.61 for lab work and pregnancy test. I called there to explain, I had asked that my samples not be used as I simply wanted to know if I had the flu. The receptionist said I should have know to refuse everything from the beginning and had no sympathy. I further explained that how I did what I knew to do and said please I don't wish for the labs to be processed I would just like to go home. I do not recommend visiting if you are having a small illness and hope to get answers. I was very disappointed in the customer service as well.

Absolutely understand what you will be paying before you see a doctor. I had no understanding of how much my visit would cost me and was blindsided with a large out of pocket bill. The first notice of any kind was sent to me over three months after my visit telling me I had ten days to pay or would be sent to collections.

Had a very good experience at Doctor's Care. The staff was friendly and efficient. I saw the doctor within half an hour; there were two people ahead of me. Dr. Limpke was really nice and answered all my questions. Got an X-ray and a boot for my broken toe and was out the door in less than an hour. A very good experience for an emergency care facility!
