I went in with what i thought was a solid plan to buyout on my lease. But the guy who was meeting me was soon going to show me what a smart choice could be, due to limitations on a buyout loan. I want out with a better deal and a new 2018 vehicle. I have always told family and friends to go to Carr since 2004. keep up the outstanding work guys! oh my amazing friend who got me the deal is Matt G. hes fun and full of energetic smiles too.

Jesus Martinez is honestly the best sales consultant I have ever had the experience with. I’ve been with other people who don’t quite exactly help you like how Jesus does. He doesn’t pressure you to buy a car. He goes step by step and tells you literally everything about cars and whether or not is a fit for you. He is outstanding at his job and would recommend anyone who comes here with Jesus! Thank you very much, from a very satisfied customer.

Update: *Changing my 5 Star to a 1 Star* While I first that that Jesus was really working for me and making sure my needs were taken care of, I soon realized he was just in it for the commission. We sped through the paperwork because he said that we were going to lose the car and were not given a chance to do a full look over before signing the papers. Once we got the car and were able to look at it more fully, we noticed multiple problems ( a rock chip that was not there two days before, a broken door handle, broken lumbar, and a few others, not to mention one of the hoses in the engine was not attached)! When we brought these issues to Jesus's attention he just said "well you can return the car if you want because I have two other buyers ready to go." It seemed apparent that he was just in it for the commission and did not care about making the customers happy or have a good experience. I was lucky to have a great experience while buying my new car thanks to Martinez Jesus. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything went as smooth as possible, and to make sure I left happy. He was super friendly and considerate of everything we were wanting and the budget we were working with. I never felt pressured or anything, he truly put me first.

We recently purchased a new Chevrolet truck 3500. Our salesman was Matt G. He was so helpful and patient with us, because it was a journey that lasted about 6 months until we sold our house and were ready to buy. Carr Chevrolet side and Matt were all great, the frustration was with the Chevrolet dealer near Tacoma Washington. But once Matt delivered our truck everything was fine. Matt is a wonderful employee. Thank you so much again. You need more employees just like him.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give a rating of 0 stars... We should have followed our gut feeling and left, but we decided to give Carr another chance. We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 and within a week it had the check engine light on. We brought it back and were informed that the variable valve timing solenoid needed to be replaced and they claimed to have completed the installation. Not even a week after that the check engine light came back on and the dealership was unwilling to do anything else about it. After trying everything else that could have been causing the issue, we decided to try replacing the variable valve timing solenoid and discovered that it hadn't been replaced when we were told that it was. We just bought another used vehicle on Wednesday and right off the bat it had an issue with the front driver's side turn signal that we were told would be fixed for us. When we were halfway through the paperwork we were told that management didn't want to fix the turn signal. Even better than that, on Friday the car wouldn't start... I went back to the dealership and had to wait over 30 minutes to be told that I should try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes before trying to start it and if that didn't work I should pay to have it towed in so they could diagnose it. The sales person said he would have to talk to management and see if they would pay for the diagnosis and then didn't call me back until the next day because he couldn't find the key to the vehicle that we traded in. Luckily I figured out what was wrong with the car and fixed it myself because these people are only interested in what will make them money. It's really sad since I have been a return customer since 1999, but I will never make that mistake again.
