Gustavo is THE best. The whole crew was really great. Had my pup with me and my husband and they let him come in and make himself at home. My pup even licked Gustavo on the face and he didn't mind at all. He really hooked us up.. I will forever appreciate him and Thomas Auto Sales. Thumbs up for sure!

Kevin Wilkins was exceptional! I was on a tight budget,  and he spent many hours researching the inventory to find the most reliable, versatile and safe car for my large family. I felt like I was heard and acknowledged even though I did not have a lot to spend. The whole staff is helpful, polite and very professional.  THANK YOU THOMAS AUTO SALES!

Probably the best experience on trying to get a new/used car. If there were more stars to give, I totally would give them more. 
Shout out to Wilbert on helping me out. He put his all into helping me and my family out.

Wrote a review a couple of months ago when I bought my car, but it's been taken down because the salesman no longer works there.  Or because they completely screwed us.  We have had the check engine light come on more than 6 times now.  I'm glad they have the 3 month warranty, but the car has spent more time in their shop than at home.  I've been told by one service guy that they didn't have time to figure out what was wrong with it.  They won't give me my money back but they offered to trade it in for less than a 1/4 of what I paid for it for another vehicle. They gave it to the Ford dealer next door because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it.   The Ford dealer told me someone had tried to glue one of the parts back together.  They still have it.  Now I'm going to look to the BBB for some resolution.  Do not buy from these people.

I’m back revoking my 5 Star I gave them. At first the service was great when I bought my car 6 months ago. Now I’m dealing with missing coolant and the transmission is slipping and I have only put 4K on it. Not to mention, I bought the extended warranty, found out the manufacturer has offered 4 additional warranties, so I canceled the one I bought and they haven’t refunded my $2,600 and it’s been almost 2 months. I’ve called many times and been told.. I’ll give you a call back by George and it’s the same story.. I end up calling and getting the same response. 
He said a check was sent to my bank for the $2600 but I called my bank and they said if a check was sent it would be applied to my
Loan. So, my debt to income is higher than necessary and I’m stuck paying interest on $2,600 for a service I don’t have. Thanks GotThomas. I came to y’all because I built rapport with Terri for years and I trusted the company.
