We had such a great experience at Beaverton Toyota. The entire process of searching for and buying a car was made so much smoother with the amazing customer service. I was especially happy to be able to work with Ajay. He answered my many, sometimes silly questions. He was knowledgeable and patient with me as I contemplated my decision. Erick from the tire department was great to work with. He gave me the best deal to replace all 4 tires in addition to a new rim. He had promotions going on plus he is able to price match with other competitors. I also really like that you have complimentary 2 year roadside assistance in case you get a flat somewhere. This place is also open 7 days a week, which is nice since most tire shops are closed on Sundays. Nick (assistant manager) was also a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the service! :)

My husband and I met with Josh Yeomans at Beaverton Toyota. Right from the start he was respectful of our time and what we were looking for in a car. I really liked that he told us about upgrades and stuff we could add but never once pressured us into buying something we didn't want. He made sure we understood all the bells and whistles of the car before we test drove, while we talked about what we were looking for as well as after we got the car. He answered all our questions, and made sure that we knew even after we left that we could contact him at any time with questions or concerns. They did not have the car we wanted in stock so he got one for us and delivered it to our house. We discussed loving 80's music and he programmed the 80's station on the radio of our new car.  I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota and if you can, ask for Josh.

UPDATE 2 - Since my previous update, Beaverton Toyota has stepped up handily.  They were able to arrange a rental car for the time my car is being repaired (still being repaired actually), and were able to provide me with a rental suitable for the holiday trip I'd had planned.  In fairness, I owe them an update my previous comments and rating.

Can't bring myself to give them 5-stars (still really wish this didn't happen to begin with), but to their credit they are being as helpful as I believe they could be at this point, in particular Kyle G. on the sales floor, who has looked after the repair and kept me on the road in the interim (hopefully for not too much longer), seemingly going above and beyond on several occasions.

UPDATE - 9 days after bringing the car (minivan) home, the transmission failed.  I understand there are risks to buying a used car, but this was a five year old vehicle in supposedly good condition (no dents, good interior, certainly did not look like it had been abused).  This should not have happened, and the fact that it was days from leaving the lot frankly plays like a bad TV plot.

Beaverton Toyota has been polite, but generally unhelpful.  I purchased a minivan with the immediate need to make a long trip with 4 others for the holidays.  The dealership is honoring the limited warranty they put on the car, but will not have it fixed in time for the trip, and as of right now cannot offer me a similar car as a loaner.  It appears they will not consider funding a 3rd party rental car.  I had previously rented a minivan to use for the trip, which I cancelled when I purchased this one.  Five adults in a five seat Fiat 500x (my other car) for 1200 miles is not the vacation we were looking forward to.

Needless to say, I now consider the whole experience to have been a waste of my time and money.

Had a hassle free (yes! at a car dealership!) experience at Beaverton Toyota. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was getting the help I needed. Our test drive was long and I never felt rushed, which I have at other dealerships. Walked away with a brand new Toyota 4Runner and loving it more everyday! The customer service and follow up since buying it one week ago has been great as well. Thanks BT!
