Carson’s Furniture does not stand behind their products! Worst customer service and does nothing to help the consumer. Don’t bother buying a protection plan either- they scammed their way out of repairing our table. Getting anyone from corporate Carson’s to listen to you is a joke. I have never been so disregarded.

If you are looking for a custom couch don't bother......we ordered one and we're told it would take 2-3 month. It was not that expensive of a couch so although it seemed extreme we loved the couch so we did it. 

It has no been 3.5 months and they are saying it will be another month.... 4.5 months for a $3,000 couch.... what a joke. Btw that just the estimate....

What makes me even madder is that our rep said when we bought it hopfully it will be close to 2 months but don't hold me to those dates if it's closer to 3 months. Then when it missed she tells me "I told you 3 months minimum......" such garbage..... looking back its obvious  she knew all along it would take that long but lied because she likely knew if she told me the real time we would not have bought it. Never again will I shop here. I literally have been without a couch for 40% of a year.....

Staff was nice and not too high on sales pressure. Walked through many options and was helpful throughout.
