I have a positive experience in this place. The dealership is huge, and there's plenty of new and used models in display. The employees are very friendly and polite. I happened to get my car very late, and they are closing at 8 pm, but they patiently waited for me and even washed and cleaned my new car.

We were in search of a new car we have driven a Lexus GX for many years the most dependable car ever. With a 162,000 miles and no major repairs we new exactly what we wanted. We scanned the internet and checked out different dealers and we had certain specifications and a budget. We were then recommended to go see Isaac Homa at Woodfield Lexus in Schaumburg and he will help you get into a new car. We couldn’t have been happier he already had a car waiting when we arrived and what a beauty it was. From start to finish he made the process of purchasing a car so easy and did not overlook any detail to deliver our new Lexus. Disappointed. Always inspect your car before leaving. This is the second or third time they caused damage to my car. About 3 years ago they disconnected the fuse to my amp, I brought it in, they quoted me crazy $$ to fix it, when all they needed to do was check the fuse and connect it. Took my Lexus there in April 2023, they broke off the latch that pops my hood open. It was MY mistake for not inspecting the WHOLE car because I noticed it too late and they can’t prove it. You would think being a loyal customer for 5+ years they would look into it… The lady who answered the phone had an attitude and told me its been almost a year, if someone broke it they would have replaced it because they are "professional". Be real everyone makes mistakes. If they are so professional why do I have to inspect my car for damages every time I pull off? And if I don’t, then as always it’s on me!

This dealership was great. They were very friendly and super attentive to us as soon as we walked in the door. We specifically worked with Mustafa who was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were inquiring about and made the buying process so easy. Not one time did I feel like this dealership was trying to "scam" me. They were up front about everything and shared all the details we wanted to know. I will definitely be coming here from now on when looking at vehicles.

Most of my family members have Lexus cars and have had wonderful experiences, so when it was time for me to get a new car there was no question that it was going to be a Lexus! My father in law has bought multiple cars from this dealership and I can see why. We were welcomed with open arms, the staff was incredible! We worked closely with Mike and he exceeded our expectations! He really went out of his way to let us know when the car I wanted came in with the outer and inner colors I wanted. He was so patient throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable and happy through and through if the manager is reading this, he deserves a raise lol. I am so happy with my new ride and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!
I was preapproved through my bank, they told me their bank would be better to work with. Their finance manager told me he would run my credit through their bank only. They processed three hard hits on my credit without my knowledge. They then called me, tried to force me to put more money down, and laughed when I said I couldnt, stated they probably couldnt do anything, and never called back. My credit score was over 825 before the three hard hits, and I wasnt getting a fancy Lexus but an used Honda van. The Infinit dealership is so much more cordial, honest, and will work with you.
