I got a gift card for Christmas. So I go there and I buy sleeper shorts and underwear 5 for 21.99 and three pairs of the underwear ended up not fitting when I got home and tried them on. So the next day I went back and got the same exact pairs except a size larger and they wanted to charge me a dollar more. I was so upset the manager came over and said they’re different prices. That’s not my fault I’m a bigger size and you have them mixed up in that bin. Luckily one of the employees was checking me out and she saw how upset I was and made it the same price her name was heather she was so nice. That’s ridiculous I got the same pair and had to pay a dollar more. No that’s not how it works. The manager there was very rude and didn’t explain anything just had a snappy attitude

The staff was very friendly and helpful!  I found some great deals on regular things!  There were also still some very nice Christmas items with spectacular prices!!  Thank you Kohls!!

I was trying to return an item from Amazon. I approached and waited  the Amazon designated return area. The service lady skipped right over and went on to help people who were behind me. When asked who is the person that is responsible for the Amazon returns, her response was " I am, but i have to take care of them first".

I never gonna go again in this kohl's from cashier to customer service evrybody is so notfriendly .all workers is in bad mood .
