I've only visited this location once so it's a small sample size, but I had no problems at all. I dropped off a 3 piece suit to this family owned shop and picked it up a couple days later. I interacted with a man and a woman who were both very friendly. Prices were competitive! I would definitely come back.

I needed to get a suit tailored ASAP and they were able to get it done promptly and correctly.  Really appreciated the quick turnaround under the circumstances

Took two pairs of brand new jeans in to be hemmed. She hemmed them as if my grandma was doing it and they were my grandfathers jeans handed down from the Great Depression.

Clothes came out OK but used heavy starch when I asked for light starch, no big deal though just a mistake. The worst part was the pricing, they are more expensive than Phoenix /Scottsdale which is where I'm from so I don't understand the high prices! Do yourself a favor and save some money and find another cleaner yourself a favor and save some money and find another cleaner!

They lost my pants!

I took in my work pants and when I told them a pair was missing the man who answered the phone immediately said " I don't have your pants" I asked if he had even looked or if I could speak with someone else. He became very upset and hung up on me. I hope to save you some time and money! There's another cleaners on Ina that I will be trying out.
