This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life, I am 37 years old. I searched vehicles on autotrader and noticed that of the handful I was interested in, 2 were located at this small luxury used lot in Durham. We stopped in at 7 pm knowing exactly what I was looking for. Jessica ran out to meet us with a big smile and a firm handshake. We test drove the 2 cars and even a new one my husband got excited about while we were there. I had already been approved for financing at my local bank but Charles (fininace guy) told us that based on what WE SAID our credit was, he was confident he could get us a much better rate. He didn’t push papers at us and in fact was so genuinely helpful, I decided to take him up on his offer. Dealership was closing and we had to talk about which car we were more interested in so we left. I emailed Charles the next day and specifically instructed him to only shop my husbands credit to the 1 bank he thought he could get the best rate for. An hour later he wrote me back, they could beat my banks rate by 2 points and no money down. I told him we’ll take the BMW 750lxi (this was the car my husband had a physical reaction too! Lol) The paperwork was ready by the time he arrived to sign and total sign time was 10 mins. I am a very busy person and don’t normally take the time to write reviews, especially this long. I am still shocked that a car buying experience can be this pleasant and fast!!!! We will 100% return. Thank you Jessica and Charles! Elizabeth & Billy

This had to be one of the worst experience I have every had when I came to getting a repair down. On 9/30, I went in to get the door handles replaces on my boyfriend''s SUV as a birthday surprise. I had made an appointment earlier in the week and had explied to them what I needed. I got their and was ask to wait in the waiting room while they did an evaluation and got a price. Well after two hours I went to check on the progres. At that time I was told that they would have to order the parts because they did have them. This was a shock because I had called them a week prior explaining to them what needed to be done and what parts were needed, thinking that they would be order. So now I needed to order parts and bring the car back. I was told they take about 3 days to get their. So we brought the car back on 10/07 and left it. We returned on 10/10 at 6pm to be told that one of the door handles was on backorder. My questions is "Why was I not told then when we dropped the car off? And why NO ONE picked up the phone to say that the work couldn't be completed? " So I was told that they would call when the parts arrived. Well 3 weeks later we decided to call them and guess what the parts were there and no one bothered to call. So we dropped the car off today 10/27. WE go to pick it up and proceed to explain all that we have gone through to get thsee repairs done. Not ONE time did anyone apologize for all the inconveniences we have experienced. Then on top of that want to give a $35 discount on a $300.00 bill. So after having to deal with these for an entire month, I can't say that would recommend this place to anyone and may have to find somewhere else to have his SUV serviced in the future after being customers for over a decade.

Our son needed a more reliable vehicle than the one that had held up well for our family for over 10 years. So we started the dreaded "used car shopping". We researched online for a few weeks focusing on dealers that seemed to have multiple cars we'd be interested in so that we wouldn't have to go to dozens of locations. On the day we actually started visiting places, CBS was the 4th and final one planned for the day and we are so glad we didn't buy from the first 3 or we wouldn't have had our great experience with CBS. Friendly, honest staff, 30 day warranty (50/50 warranty, be sure to ask about) and the fact that they also service vehicles made us very comfortable buying the car that we chose. Very happy and when we're in the market again we will definitely go back. What started out as a dreaded endeavor ended up being a great experience. Scott - Raleigh NC
