Tim makes the car purchase experience as comfortable and easy as possible.  Over the years we have purchased many vehicles from Fred Anderson Toyota and most them were with Tim Germain.  Tim takes the hassle out of the process.  His level of knowledge and professionalism are appreciated.  On the final steps end of the process, David Foster was probably the best finance person we have ever dealt with.  Kudos to both Tim and David for working with us and closing the deal we were satisfied with.

Andre was amazing to work with. We went to the dealership not necessarily looking to buy, but his knowledge of the vehicles was very informative and helpful; we ended up purchasing a Highlander that same day. Throughout the process, Andre took the time to understand what it was we were looking for, what features were important to us and what features were not so important. Andre never pressured us into a decision or made us feel rushed. We took up most of his afternoon and he didn't seem to mind a bit!

I was treated with respect and patience. I wanted a specific car, which John found me after much effort. Financing was easy and pleasant - no hard sale of expensive ad-one. I am very pleased.

This is the second car purchase from Bryan Harrison (Fred Anderson Toyota) in as many years, and in both experiences, the customer service has been exceptional. I do want to specifically reference Bryan's patience as I had a slew of questions, which he fielded honestly and without "spin".

My wife's old Accord is nearing retirement, and I will most certainly be visiting Bryan again in the near future.

Highly recommend a Toyota, and especially Bryan as the contact person.

John is a professional and friendly sales person. He immediately called me upon my inquiry. We didn't have to spend lot of time. I got my choice of Toyota in my budget. 
Jessica Drown was superb in explaining all the paperwork. She worked really hard to make it a hassle free purchase for us. I would surely recommend it to a friend or relative.
