There are two Honda dealers in the Raleigh area. We have evaluated both. In the past six years we have purchased two Honda vehicles. Both cars were purchased from Leith Honda. While all car dealers try to maximize their profit at your expense, good deals can be had at Leith, but you need to be willing to walk out the door when they say NO to your first offer. All car dealers understand that if you walk out the door, they may never see you again. So, do your research and make a reasonable first offer. While negotiating, be willing to raise your offer and they will lower theirs. It's a frustrating and time consuming process, but that's just the way the car business works. The dealership itself is beautiful and functional. Plenty of parking. Lots of open space inside. Lots of seating. Lots of glass so there is lots of light. The waiting area for the service department is large and comfortable. Since Leith gives free oil changes for life, you will grow to appreciate the well designed dealership.

Preston Grady and I brought our 2010 Honda Insight to Leith Honda located at 3940 Capital Hills Drive in Raleigh NC. The Customer Service Department as well as the Mechanics here cannot be beat. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Our Service Advisor, Nathan Sheets, and an AWESOME Mechanic by the name of Anthony Green have taken GREAT care of our vehicle for us. Highly recommending this Awesome Dealership to everyone I know. Thank you so much for ALL that you have done to keep our Honda Insight running properly.

Usually there for service only. Shuttle service is one way only and being returned home is iffy at best. I mentioned how uncomfortable their lobby is ,if you have a long wait. Had to share my less than stellar visits with Honda America . FYI...they actually listened and followed up with me. Kudos they did upgrade their lobby and its much better. Stop trying to send people to the nearby mall when the wait time is long...every body is not a shopper. Shuttle service should most definitely extend to Garner, NC. which is in Wake County.... Life can be CRUELLY IRONIC sometimes, currently packing to relocate to Garner. Let's see how they avoid providing shuttle service this time. .. OMG A satellite service center located closer to Raleigh would be a wonderful thing because their current location is less than convenient for most loyal Honda owners and repeat buyers. Yes this is a fantasy...but a person can dream.

Bought my car from here. Buying process was smooth. I bring my car to the service department for repairs. The people who actually work on the car seem very knowledgeable, but the people who do the paperwork side are lacking. The first time I brought my car in I didn't know where to park it and a service manager cheered me out for parking it in the wrong place. They didn't seem to know anything about the warranty I had on the car from when I bought it from them. Every time I have brought my car in for an oil change or inspection it takes twice as long as it should, even with an appointment. Usually it's because the account manager that originally checked me in has passed my paperwork over to someone else and let for the day or lunch and my paperwork gets lost in the shuffle. I can see my car parked in the lot, showing that it is done, but no one seems to know where my paperwork is when I ask about my car. The last time I was in for oil change and inspection I was there for over two hours. When I asked about my car at the cashier's window, the woman was playing on her cell phone and have me attitude for making her work.

I wish I could give Mac more than 5 stars. He worked his tail off to help us get into the car we wanted. Amazing service by Mac. Extremely knowledgeable and the absolute best “car salesmen” I have ever seen. He was not pushy, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. You must go see Mac if you are looking for a Honda!
