I feel so disrespected from my experience with this company. A friend told me they sent them an email with a good online offer to buy their car....so I was like why not try it as I am just trying to sell my car. I received an email quoting a trade in for my car estimated around $5200 to $7300. I was excited to hear more about what they had to say. Please note, when I did this I told them all about the car including the exact mileage. I received a call asking for me to bring my car it. I decide to but asked upfront what they thought they would give and please do not waste mine or their time. I even advised I was private party selling it for $7500. They said they needed to see it  (Their online site says they will even buy your car for $1000 more then the competition). 
When I brought it in they looked at it for less then 15 minutes. They said with the  mileage they could not offer much and said they would give me $3500 for my car!!!!! I advised Carmax said they would give me $5000. That did not matter. I am sorry but I feel  so disrespected , that was a complete hour and a half waste of my time (drive time and time at the dealership). I am sorry but after that experience and treatment I would NEVER recommend selling or buying a car from that company!!!!

Bought 7 cars from these good folks, from 1993, until recently. The best service ever, I bought a Dodge Ram truck from them in 2011, I could not get off work on a Friday afternoon, they took their time and waited for me to get home and brought it to me, their service department is second to none, you will not regret buying from Mathews Motors!!!

I give Matthews Motors five stars hands down. I spoke of a concern I had regarding my vehicle and was told it was covered under the power train warranty AND I was able to get my car back the same day.

Got my Wife a truck from these guy and had a great salesman. Everything went well until we found out that navigation and  radio was not working correctly. So we took in  and they keep my car for a week to tell me that they  had to order one so I said find . Now it’s March no call or letter to let me know.  So I called .there is never anybody to answer the but the desk people .  Always  answer machine . So left a message no call then call for the GM  answer machine once again no answer is everybody so busy that no one picks up a phone. Not even  a respond to message . Now I like the Saleman a great Guy but Service , GM and whoever allow these people to operate like this should be   Ashamed

Made me feel like everything was good.  Showed me the car loved it..  Waited over a hour for test drive was told it was still getting inspected and they were waiting on bank wife asked if that good sign was told yes so kept waiting...  Was then informed by Will and finance manager that they couldn't get it done without money for taxes and tags so 1500-2000..  Home of the Walking man's friend has been Steve's motto for 20 or so years a I reckon that means inless your on disability
