Wonderful service!! We just left from the dealship and I must say the staff are amazing! Our sales guy Trevor was awesome as well as Jason! They both were truthful with us the entire time! They were so helpful and knew all answers to all of our questions!! I would recommend anyone to the this dealership! Let me not forget about Bob because he kept in contact with us and made sure our vehicle was ready to test drive when we arrived!! To make a long story short we left with the vehicle we wanted and fully satisfied!! A++++

I would consider myself a demanding car buyer. I know exactly what I should be paying for a vehicle before even going into the dealership. I emailed both the salesperson (Napolean) and the sales manager (Charles) countless times before I even came into the dealership. Then we came into the dealership plenty of times to test drive, and more importantly to test out the various tech features of the car with my entire family (kids and all). Everyone at the dealership was incredibly responsive and flexible. They definitely earned my business.

Have had good experiences here in the past years but last week 3/2/18 wasn't so good. Wife wants a new car and despite my telling her the Equinox wasn't what she wants we went to drive one - made it clear to the salesman that we just wanted to drive a top line one to see how it drives and that road noise / quiet cabin was top criteria and need to drive one to see if it's in the running. The ONLY dealership that did this during our search - salesman drive first, to a parking lot, then in the cold/wind walks every corner talking about features. Tried to reiterate - we just want to drive the car to see if it's worth looking at further. Took quite a while and we had to get pretty blunt but we finally were able to actually drive the car. Not a way to sell a car and it frustrated us both that he wasn't listening to us. No other dealership or salesperson did this - others we told them same thing - we need to drive one to see if it's quiet, etc. And off we would go without delay. Just not at Hendrick Chevy Cary.

Let me start off by saying that my past visits to Hendrick Chevrolet have been great, and I have had absolutely no problems. So, I'm not sure why this time was so different. I made a reservation online to have my oil changed and get my NC State inspection done. I showed up and my car was taken in on time. At the time, the man who checked me in let me know that their inspection machine was down, so my car would have to be taken to a different dealership across the street, and that my wait might be a little longer. I was fine with that and sat down to wait. I waited for an hour and 50 minutes. I didn't say anything because I assumed the long wait was because of the inspection being done at a different location. When my name was finally called, I was escorted to the door and hurriedly told that my car was done, but they were unable to do the inspection because the machine was unavailable, and to have a good day. I just left, even though I was very angry, because I make it a rule to not cause a scene in public. This should have been avoided. If they knew the machine was down, why did they not contact me beforehand to let me know so I would know what was happening? Why did I end up waiting for almost two hours and still not have everything completed that I requested? And why was I escorted away as quickly as possible without so much as an apology? The closest I received was being told that I could bring my car back in any time this week and they would inspect it for me. It was overall just a bad experience this time.

Service department makes me want to buy here, actually tried to buy here but didn't have the car I needed (long story). Eric has always been on the clients side and go a mile out of his way to help. He is there bread and butter and makes this dealership great. Sales force are pretty cool as well for car salesman
