We bought our first cars through Capital Ford in Raleigh NC. The intimidation tactics, poor customer care, and shady sales folks left us extremely hesitant when it came time to replace our 2015 Focus. We found a really good price (lowest within 100miles) on a Used 2015 Honda Fit, and called in to get some more information. Bradley Brown answered our first call, and immediately became our sole point of contact for the remainder of our experience. Because VanNess is a bit of a drive, we wanted to nail down pricing before making the trip. Not only the Bradley genuinely listen to our offers, he actively worked to both research pricing on similar vehicles to ensure they could offer the best possible price, and provided his results for us to go over at our leisure. He was also able to get back to us within an hour of each inquiry. Bradley didn't waste a second of our time throughout the entirety of the process, but also didn't make any attempt to pressure or rush us. Bradley's honesty, and sincere customer service was so absolutely comforting. We can not speak highly enough of this man. When it came time to speak on the financing, we were greeted by a representative that took time to explain everything to us. At no point during the entirety of this process did it feel like anybody was trying to push us in to a shady deal, or even rush us out the door. Coming from the 4x4 interrogation room Capital Ford calls a finance office, VanNess provided a level of comfort that honestly surprised us. I feel VanNess provided us with the best possible deal for what we were looking for, and did so in an environment that was non-intimidating and completely transparent. We will absolutely be back next time we're in the market for a vehicle, and we very much look forward to the experience.

I have had nothing but great success in my dealings with the dealership. The employees are super friendly and have been helpful and caring since the beginning. I would recommend anyone going to them! The owner and managers are pretty much always available and very easy to talk to. The salesmen i dealt with is awesome and legitimately cares about his customers! 5 stars!

This place was a complete waste of effort and time. After being given the criteria to purchase a vehicle it took me two weeks to come up with what I needed for a down-payment. After making an appointment, I returned only to be informed the down-payment I'd come up with wasn't sufficient for any of the vehicles on their lot. I was then required to come up with double the initial amount to be able to complete the purchase. To add insult to injury they were requiring a $2,500 down-payment on a 2009 Chevy Impala they only wants $5,000 for. Then I was advised if I'd come 2 days earlier there was a Jeep that would've worked perfectly for the initial amount I was given to come up with for a down-payment. Here's the kicker, the Jeep listing price on their site was $8,500. They are just like the majority of the rest of these dealerships that use bank financing. They do all they can just to get you into their store. They make empty promises and extend even emptied invitations. Don't waste your time. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the salesmen were all very friendly.

Carried in today due to paint peeling off top and door on a certified used 2013 z71 1500. Response from sales manager "call GM"I said NO you call GM. Sent me to service. Service manager stated we nor GM can help you. Vehicle is still under warranty but paint not covered. Sales manager offered to trade me on a new one rather than take an nterest in helping me. Really? What a sarcastic response. I'm not special but am a retired Army combat disabled veteran. I think I've earned better treatment. They lost a customer. I would advise not buying or dealing with this dealership. Go to a veteran friendly dealership. They are out there. So much for hometown service.

I purchased a 2017 Mazda 6 Touring Edition. Brad Brown was my salesman. Great experience from start to finish! Very competitive pricing and great customer service. If you are looking for hassle free amd great customer service go to Vaness Cheverlot.
