The doctors are wonderful but every time I call I’m placed on a long hold. They also seem to upcharge, and are VERY expensive! They added flea and tick preventative on to my kitten’s last exam without asking my husband, he paid the bill and they gave him the preventative. My cats are indoor cats so when we went to return the unopened preventative they refused to refund the money and take back the box. They quoted us over $600.00 for a dental for my lab. I’m very disappointed with this practice and have moved my animals to another office. I feel they are only out to make money.

Wonderful veterinary center. We love Dr Chase and the rest of the staff. Always made welcome and so kind to our dogs.

My Blitz has a great time at play care and it's great that he's getting social training at the same time. Thanks for helping him stay a happy healthy boy!

The first time we used this facility was to board our dogs for an extended weekend. Both dogs were so stressed the had diarriah at the facility and for a week after leaving. We chalked it up to just having completed a long distance move and a completely new environment. But I wasn't impressed by the "dog pound" environment for the boarding. We vowed never to use them for that again after seeing the way the dogs were kept. 

We overall really liked the staff, so We took a chance and brought our dogs in for a look ever by the vet (who was AMAZING and the only reason for 3 stars. If give her 20, if she wasn't attached to the facility), update shots, and a bath with nail trim. My dogs looked worse when they came out than when they went in!!  I spent 2 hours the day after the supposed bath brushing out one of my dogs. 

We will continue to use the vet services, but nothing else.

Affordable grooming costs and I know my puppy is being treated excellent by the staff because this is the ONLY place we have been where he is not afraid and leaves happier than when we came in! Courtney does a great job grooming I recommend her!
