The staff seems pretty nice. Their waiting area was alright. Crowded and not really comfortable. The have a cafe which is interesting but only employees were using it. I would have loved coffee but I was not comfortable asking the ladies there and there wasn't a self serve station like the other Subaru rep I went to. Again though, staff is nice and the free inspection and car wash were nice. I'd say it was an average experience overall. I wouldn't recommend against it.

This Business deserves my 5 star rating because unlike the other places i wanted to buy my vehicle. This one works well with us consumers. The service department is organized and swift. I have no hassle here. Keep up the great work.

Excellent experience, no messing around with going to the sales manager. Did research online, called Doug, he answered all my questions. Knew before going in exactly what it would cost. Got a great deal and am totally comfortable with the dealership. Was easy to work with and got the car I wanted. Best experience I've ever had buying a car.

Went down for what I thought was going to be a 15,000 miles service which included brake and transmission fluid checks. The tech knew that my car model didn't need that work done until 30,000 for the brake fluid and ~60,000 for the transmission fluid. he saved me ~$200 today for work that didn't need to be done. That type of service will keep me coming back.

Plus they had free popcorn while I was waiting to get my oil changed. Gotta love free popcorn.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Extremely caring staff and once we found our perfect car, it took just over an hour from walking in to test drive the car to financing  to away in said car. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership.  On top of it all, they give a lot back to the community and are ecologically mindful.
