I loved my mini when I first bought it. It was a great car, fun to drive and had a great service plan for the first 36,000 miles. But that’s where the goodness ended. I don’t know if it’s planned obsolescence or just bad luck, but almost to the day of the warranty ending is when the problems began. At first things were minor, but as time went on, the problems got worse and the bills racked up. In just rolled with it because there were no other service options for Mini ... or so I thought. But, when someone tells you it’s going to cost $96 to change a lightbulb, you start to question things. My last trip here cost me $3500 to replace a valve cover that they admitted was a “bad design”. That was just over 2 years ago. Today I brought it back because I was having having problems that my normal mechanic couldn’t fix and guess what, they needed to replace the valve cover again (this time for $5000) and didn’t have any record of doing it just 2 years ago. So, in the end, would I recommend this shop? Quite simply, no. They’re nice enough people but the rates they charge are outrageous and the fixes don’t seem to last. As a result of this service department I will never buy a Mini again.

This is such a great dealership through and through. I am always impressed with how kind and helpful they are. I have never felt shadiness from any of the members here at Mini of Murray! The sales people are kind and thorough and after that, you get to enjoy the service department. I have noticed they work very hard not only to get your service completed but if somehow they can't get it done in one day, they always make it right by rushing the parts in and offering a loaner car if available.

Specifically I have worked with Mike in the past and he has really left a good impression on me. I trust this dealership and look forward to years of service from them.

Wow! When I picked up my car it was clean (hand washed too) they care about their cars and paint job clearly! This is reassuring that they go the extra step to ensure you car stays nice even when they don't have to. Most dealerships get a basic washer that spins things around and scratches your car!

If only I could buy a new Mini every month. I just got my third (Hardtop, 4D, S) and every experience at the dealership has been awesome. I worked with Tony this time around and he not only helped me shop, customize, order and purchase my Mini, he spent quite a bit of time listening to my lame ideas for personalize license plates. I'm sure they all think I'm a stalker, since I try to find any excuse to go to the dealership. How many dealerships can you say that about? None. The service department is also great and super helpful. So, in summary, I highly recommend Mini as a brand, a product and an experience. Go see Tony. He's the best personally and professionally.

Buying/leasing a car from MINI of Murray is a completely different experience than doing so with any other dealership. Working with Tony was amazing from beginning to end. Not only did he hear me out on my needs and wants and even encouraged me to shop around test drive other vehicles (I was deciding between a MINI and other brands) but also worked his butt off to find me the MINI that I was looking for and got it here when they didn't have any on their lot. I've had some poor experiences with other car salespeople from other dealerships where you could tell they were just in it for the $$. Not here at MINI of Murray and especially not with Tony. To anyone thinking about getting a MINI or wanting to get a new one, go for it!

Tony Poulson was amazing! A Mini Cooper has been my dream car since I was a teen. I was just shopping around and Tony let me test drive a few cars and answered my questions with no pressure at all. :) I fell in love with a red and white mini and Tony stayed late to help me drive away that night. Thank you!
