Purchased a 12 year old Mini Convertible at GSA Sales, and could not be happier. The sales experience was pleasant and stress free.  A part failing a couple of days after the purchase was replaced without any questions or discussions. I definitely would purchase a car from them again.

Weren’t willing to nagotiate price at all. They were friendly but wouldn’t go down on the price they listed. Wasn’t happy with going there

My daughter bought a 2008 BMW X5 from GSA Auto Sales in Murray and one week after she bought it she had it in the shop with multiple problems! She has since had it into the BMW dealership and two more mechanics and they have all said it has been in some kind of flood or something!!! So dishonest!!! Who does this to a single mom? Or anyone? Shame on you! No integrity!!!!

Working with GSA has been the easiest most relaxing car buying experience I have ever gone through. I have now purchased 2 cars here and have had a wonderful experience both times. They offered a great trade value on the vehicle we traded in and gave us a great price on the car we purchased. They stand behind their vehicles and do all they can to make the customer happy. If you're in the market for a new (used) car this is the place to go. Scott and Vaughn are both great you work with. You won't be disappointed!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GSA. The salesmen are very dishonest. They sold me a BMW X5 back in June and told me it has never been wrecked and never had any mechanical problems. Obviously they didn't tell the truth because it has been in the shop since the day I got it and every mechanic that has worked on my car has told me it has been wrecked and has major electrical damage as well as damage to the driver's side of the vehicle. The BMW dealership's mechanic asked me if I had purchased the vehicle from Texas and when I asked why, he told me because the damage to my vehicle has damage to match a vehicle that has been through a hurricane or major flood.I have had nothing but problems and GSA refuses to make the situation right. Very unethical, unprofessional and dishonest dealership.
