I had an absolutely amazing car buying experience. The Stapp Interstate Toyota dealership is family owned and treated me like I was the only customer there. They did not waste any of my time with the price negotiation and processed all paperwork in a timely manner. My title was prepared much faster than any dealership I was ever dealing with in the past, and was sent to the correct out of state address. It was not even 2 weeks passed yet after I bought it, and I already registered my new car. The professionalism of this place absolutely exceeded my expectations of a car buying process.

I bought a 2009 Forester that had been well-researched and well-serviced. My salesman, Bruce, was very accommodating and got me the test-drive times and information I requested, eventually getting to a price I think we could both feel good about.

Sadly, the Check Engine light came on less than 24 hours after driving it off the lot, but the head technician, Brett, took charge of my situation and updated me at every point along the way. The crew at Interstate Toyota ended up inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing it with no charge—even though I had waived all warranty protection. Probably $400-600 of parts and labor that they took off my hands because they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. And I am! Thanks again.

This must be the 6th time in for the same issue on my Tacoma. Finally scheduled a time with a Toyota rep. Appointment at 10am. 10:30 still waiting.
Why did I get an appointment time?
I'm so tired of wasting my time. Lost all faith in this dealerships service bay. Go to mountain states for service.

12-27-17 update to my initial post.  Thanks to the representative at the counter who elevated this issue to another manager, my issues have been resolved to my satisfaction.  Thank you very much for going above and beyond.

I have a peeling paint problem that started under warranty.  They had me send them pictures of it then told me it wasn’t covered because it was caused by “outside sources”.  I asked them to look at it in person and they said they wouldn’t change their mind because it’s Toyota’s call.  They do not support their customers and therefore won’t have my business.

Sales staff were great and they were willing to deal.  Service has been hit or miss with some great and some sub-par work.
