As a single female with limited automotive knowledge I was dreading buying a pre-owned vehicle. This place is however, completely awesome. I purchased one of their less expensive suv's (and I love it). Scott was a great no pressure salesman who spent the time making arrangements to have the car inspected by a third party mechanic. The owner Brian, had the shop take care of any issues they brought up and paid for the inspection. "That's why we are certified headquarters". Yes, there is a fee for the certification and its worth it. They seek out clean vehicles, update maintenance and fix any issues. They went above and beyond when I had a problem getting the bank to process my purchase. Jay, their finance guy has the patience of a saint! After many phone calls and a week later the problem was solved. Brian and Jay made sure that I was still able to drive home with my vehicle that day. I recommend this place to my friends and family, and will be back for my next car.

Was looking for a vehicle and come across them on the website, so I did a review and they have a 4.8 out of 5.0 so I said I will check them, out and see, spoke to Lou , from the time I pulled in the parking lot he greeted me and my mother and sister and was very attentive , gave me the keys for the vehicles I was looking at and he never once pressure us to buy , he let us look at the vehicles, and if we had any questions he was there to answer them, what a great experience buying a car from Lou, that's the way that buying a car should be, very happy.

It was an absolute pleasure from the moment I walked in until
I drove away in my Honda Accord. Lou and Jay were both a pleasure to do business with. Lou was not pushy, very professional and knew what I wanted. I am very happy I stopped at Certified HQ first!
