AMAZING EXPERIENCE. After months of waiting, I finally went into this dealership to lease a Grand Cherokee and I am so glad I did. Jay Marine was who helped me and I have to say, I will be asking for him when the time comes to get a new Jeep. AWESOME SALES ASSOCIATE!! Unlike many other car salesmen I have dealt with in the past, Jay was not pushy at all and truly was there to help me and make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. I was comfortable with the transaction and can honestly say it was because of him and his willingness to do what he can for me. THANK YOU JAY! I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK.. you have now made me a loyal Smith Haven Jeep customer and I will be coming back in 3 years when my lease is up!!

Had the best experience here! Troy F. Was an awesome salesman super helpful and honest which isn't something you typically find in a salesman. Bill D. Did is amazing job at getting me the best deal possible. Mike was also great he appraised my trade in and got me a good price also had good conversation about vans (I got a minivan). There was no B.S. All in all I left there very very happy! Special shout out to my dad for making to all possible. He's the best.

Horrible experience! Instead of giving me an accurate estimate of how long my car would be in the shop, I was strung along 1-2 days at a time. I was initially told it would be 1-2 days until it would be looked at. My car was not even looked at until 11 days after it was towed in. The employee that called on a daily basis had nothing to report and was ineffective at delivering any sort of appropriate customer service in response to my frustration. Had I been told from the start with in a straightforward manner I would have had my car towed elsewhere and had this handled a lot faster, and probably cheaper. Not to mention the customer service follow up - a phone call asking about my experience and then telling me it would “be noted”. Helpful. I WAS in the market for a new Jeep since my car is getting to old to maintain. I wouldn’t bother working with any department of this location’s team.

Mike a worker at the Jeep dealership really saved the day. I came in without an appointment because I had a bad battery and wanted to get a new one under warranty. It was pretty busy and I was told I would have to leave the Jeep there for a few days to get a new battery installed because I didn't have an appointment. I decided to leave and make an appointment. Just as I was leaving, Mike said "let me see what Ivan do". He knew I needed the Jeep and couldn't have it at the dealership for a few days. What a nice guy. He said I'm going to help you and make your life easier. He said leave the Jeep here and you'll have a new battery by 5pm. It was already around 1 or 2 pm. I thought he'd never be able to fit me in and expected to get a call the next day. So about 3:45 I got a call from Mike saying the Jeep is done. I couldn't believe it. I went right to the dealership and my Jeep was ready and all fixed. Mike saved the day, he made a headache into a simple day. What a great guy who cared and knew I needed the Jeep and didn't want me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Having to jump start the Jeep every time I needed to start it. What wonderful customer service. Mike made my life so much easier that day. God bless Mike. Thanks man!!!!!!

In September, my wife and I went to Smith Haven Auto Group pre-owned. While there, we met Bobby G, who sold us an awesome Nissan Rogue for a great price. We were so impressed with the entire place and especially Bobby that when I decided I needed a new car, we went right back to Bobby at Smith Haven. We wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. Bobby again found a perfect vehicle for us at a great price. Bill handled our financing both times and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism and efficiency. He patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions, so that we understood everything. We will always go back to Bobby G for whatever we need.
