Stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend at the end of September. We booked our site less than a week before we came, but they had room for us (we were tent camping). There is an upper level (mostly gravel and lots of campers/RVs) and a lower area (some tent spots and a large camper/RV portion). Lots of grass and trees in the lower area, all spots are within walking distance of the creek. There are many spots right on the creek. We stayed in a tent spot at the bottom of the hill you go down to get to the bottom level. It was raining and the ground was mostly level, but there were quite a few puddles in out spot, which can make for undesirable conditions in a tent. We were able to find a mostly dry spot and slept very comfortably, however. The staff was friendly, especially the groundskeeper. He escorted us to our site and was very helpful and informative about the campground, as well as the local attractions. Also would like to mention that the sites and facilities were cleaned daily, if not multiple times a day. The bathrooms were like outhouses, but pristine. The fire pits in each spot were also very clean, and the only evidence that there had been a fire in them was the soot. All burned wood and debris had been removed. This campground does have some rules, so be sure to be clear on them before booking. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely come back. Next time we will book ahead and get a creekside spot.

Once again we had a great experience with our 34 footer at this park. The staff was extremely friendly both inside and outside. My coffee maker didn't work in the morning so they open the office for me so that I could have a cup of (free) coffee to start my day! Proximity for the mountain bike race across the road was excellent. We love this park and will be back to it again next year.

Got a fabulous spot on the river.  Staff Very friendly and helpful.  Close to the hot springs.  Had a great time.

This is a beautiful campground.  Something for everybody from RV park style to a more rustic feel.  Super clean park and bathrooms, pet friendly also.  Close to the Arkansas river and hiking and 4 wheel drive trails. Hot springs and horseback riding.   The people at the campground are so friendly and and helpful. Definitely will be coming back often.
