For the past 30 years, Charlie's has been selling and servicing vehicles all over the great state of Maine. As a matter of fact, since Charlie opened his doors in 1986, he has sold over 30,000 New and Pre-Owned Subaru's. Horrible place. Confused support staff that over the course of 3 days forgot about us 3 times. They pressured us to sign papers before someone else bought it. Not sure who else was looking at a car the dealership couldnt even find on their own lot. Ask them to switch tires on our trade in and the sales manger thought I was asking for the world....i even offered to pay and still got the run around....telling me I would be 3 or 4 days before they could get to it.....they can push a sales through for a car that wasn't even ready for sale yet...but god forbid they do anything to help. Useless, confused, and misleading are the 3 best words to describe the joke that is Charlie's motor mall. Never ever going back there. I've heard bad things all my life and now I know they are true. Thanks for nothing charlie.

Joey Furrow was awsome! He was honest and played with my 2 year old son while we did paperwork. I would recommend Charlies to anyone looking for a quality car and phenomenal zero pressure sales and service! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Parts department is only until till 12 on Saturday. Listing not correct. Saturday is the only day most people have off and this place closes at noon poor for customer service. Will change review possibly if they provide better parts hours and update times online for business hours.

They were only focused on making a sale. They didn't even try to help me. When their appraisal team broke my door they just shrugged it off and were going to make me wait 3 days to have it fixed! I chose to do business elsewhere and I'm so glad I did! Got a much better car at a much better price!

In the midst of rebuilding a nissan frontier and ran into an issue as the mechanic doing the rebuild threw out the tranny dipstick. Was advised Charlies had only 1 in stock. Spoke with Jeremy who went and physically grabbed it from the shelf to confirm availability. Shipped out the next day and i have it in my hand. A very happy Customer. Jeremy provided above and beyond service and was extremely professional and left me with a lasting impression of Charlies. Thanks again.
