Great service from Scott, Justin, Chelsey, and a part time student (sorry, did not catch his name). Called Monday morning, spoke with Scott, he told me that someone would pick me up in Litchfield around 3.  Just after 2:30, received a call from Scott saying a driver was on their way to pick me up. Chelsey arrived at 2:58. I was impressed by the timing. She was a great driver, nice and professional. Upon arrival Scott took care of me, he was patient, wasn't sure of upgrading to a 4x4 or not... Unfortunately, none of their (Enterprise) cars are equipped with snow tires. Scott explained, they come from all over the US so they have all season tires.  Finally decided against the 4x4. Ended up in a Toyota Corolla. Nice car. Upon returning it, Scott again was professional and attentive. Within a few seconds of checking out, another driver was ready to drop me off. Nice young guy, great driver as well. So overall great experience at Enterprise in Augusta. But the  next day, I had to go back to Enterprise because there were still issues with my car at the body shop. So then I dealt with Justin. Very nice guy as well. Professional, again explained everything and even apologized for the inconvenience, telling me that next time I could drop off the car at the body shop and they'll pick it up. Even though they have no affiliation with the body shop, he put me in car with leather, sunroof, etc. . Returned it the following day and Justin dropped me off at the body shop. Even though Scott and Justin  proposed me to drop it off at the body shop, their branch was on the way, so it didn't make sense for me to pass them up, especially since they were so reactive in getting me a ride right away. Thank you much for your great service and friendly staff.

This was my first time ever renting a vehicle, personally I don’t think it could of gone any better. The service was wonderful, the car I received was a step-up from what I reserved. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Will definitely be returning for future rental car needs!

Pick up was fast and we were treated in a courteous professional manner. Vehicle was clean. Return went well. Would recommend Enterprise to a friend.

I just want to say that these folks have been absolutely wonderful. And went out of their way to give me the best price possible. Especially since I kept having Family emergencies and having to extend my rental time. Not only were they able to make it a lot more affordable, but they they made it almost effortless and non-stressful. What a difference that makes.
Thank you guys. At the Augusta Enterprise.
