So many hurdles! They don't accept debit, only credit cards. Go to Enterprise, way easier.

Very uncustomer friendly service.  Picking up the rental  was ok Evernote though they never remember to have ANY large vehicles for renting the 3 times we rented here! We are always told the van or larger vehicles are in another nearby location and we can come back in a couple hours. Um no, I'm here cause I have no transportation!!! When returning the vehicle at 2pm after being told they were open till 6pm we arrived to return the car to only see a sign on the door that said no one was there and to call the number. We called and told 15min before they come so we wait. 30 min later, noone comes.i called the number again and told from a guy in Portland the they should be there. I informed him they weren't and to call them! 15 min later 2 guys came and after making not even so much of an eye contact with us they opened the front door, we followed and never once spoke to us,not even an apology and neither one made any conversation or excuse or "sorry it took us a while'... nothing until I spoke up and asked why they don't have a key drop box or why it took 45 min after we were told 15 min. I got the reply of 'we are both new' , again with no eye contact or nothing else to say. Never asked anything except if we had the rental for leisure , we said no handed the keys and left. We also gave e him some paperwork that was in our rental car from the previous renter that had personal info on it that was never removed before they let us rent it....not cool. NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

I rent fairly frequently from them and so far they have been very good to me.  Friendly, and helpful.
