Not a terribly helpful place.   In an era where there is so much competition and customer service is differentiator…  this location to stand out. If I had a choice I would choose to go elsewhere.   For a small neighborhood location that always has more employees than customers at any given time, you would expect more personal service.

I am stranded in auburn. I requested a rental car. it was 40 minutes prior to closing. i explained my situation. they were not closed yet however they would not book me because i was 15 minutes from their location. however enterprise is known for picking you up and even though their office was still open and they know that i am stranded, they would not help me and never called me back as they said they would.  THANKS A LOT for that amazing selfish hospitality. i'm having a great time with all of these mean encouters in maine.  just great.

Great service.  The only difficulty is that if you have a discount code and reserve online it may not carry over to your reservation.  Sadly, happened to me.  However, the fine folks at Enterprise in Auburn gave me a customer satisfaction discount.

I called for information on weekly rates over the phone. Because I didn't know exact time i would be picking up the car that day ..the lady on other end told me when I get my priorities straightened out then call back and hung up on me!I said  the day to pick up car and be a week Def maybe 2 weeks depending on how long my car took to repair. Talk about a rude sales person. I will not call your company back. Thank you for making it easier to cross off my list!
