My car was in the shop and I drove a rental of theirs for about a week. It was the best experience!! Nice brand new car, friendly and SUPER helpful staff! Definitely recommend!

I received a ridiculously great weekend rate. The car was awesome; it was new and very clean with a full tank of gas. Staff were helpful and friendly and went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Excellent experience. My car needed repairs and progressive insurance set up a rental through enterprise. Enterprise was waiting for me with a car when I arrived. They were friendly and efficient. They also made sure that I knew how to operate the vehicle before leaving. With many new rentals, you get in the car and then realize you dont know how to move the seats, turn on the air, or open the trunk! Will use them again.

Fabulous customer service!  I walked in unexpectedly after a car accident put my car in the shop.  Josh greeted me immediately and had me on my way within fifteen minutes.  All of the representatives were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.  Even when I was a bit irritable when I returned the vehicle, the gentleman (unfortunately, I'm not sure of his name) was quick to respond with calm concern which soothed the situation and made me feel valued.
